CompTIA - A Great Interactive Website

Shows the way to a career path in IT

This is a whiz for anyone wondering how to get involved in the IT industry.

The CompTIA website has a wonderful interactive tool that helps prospective computer personnel identify roles that align with interests, and provides an overview of the typical tasks that are involved on a day to day basis. Alongside are notes on personal qualities and skills that are needed, as well as the qualifications that will get you a step in the door. It provides a jolly good overview of what you can expect from a variety of functions within the field (at entry, intermediate and senior levels), before committing to any particular training path. We are now using it as a tool in our recruitment.
