A Guide for International Students

Course Application and Enrolment Process

Are you an international student? Here is some useful information about how to go about applying to study an IT course at ITTI in Auckland, New Zealand.

Application for Enrolment

Complete your Enrolment Application Form, and remit together with any copies of documentation required to support your application. These might include qualifications to support prior learning, or references to support work experience. Your application must include a registration fee of $NZ150.

Unconditional Offer of Place

Once you have received your Unconditional Offer of Place and have met ITTI's conditions, you can pay your tuition fees, and arrange your accommodation, insurance, and air travel. You should not send any money other than your registration fee, until your Offer of Place is unconditional.

The amount you pay for your tuition fee per academic year is indicated on your Offer of Place. The tuition fee quoted is in New Zealand dollars and covers a full-time programme.

Please read the Conditional Offer of Place very carefully for instructions on how to pay. To pay your tuition fees and accommodation, we suggest you use one of the following methods:

Bank draft or cheque

Payment can be made by bank draft or bank cheque in New Zealand dollars, for the total amount stated on your Offer of Place.

Please make sure that your full name, your programme, and your reference number are written on the back of the draft document.

All cheques must be made out to Public Trust A/C ITTI, New Zealand.

If in New Zealand, you can bring your Offer of Place with your bank or personal cheque to the Campus and pay to:

Telegraphic Transfer

A quick method of payment from outside New Zealand is by telegraphic transfer. Please contact your bank for details on this form of payment. ITTI's Trust fund bank details are as follows:

Please ensure that your full name and reference number are clearly stated on the bank transfer document. Once you have arranged your telegraphic transfer, please advise ITTI by faxing a copy of the bank transfer document to +64 9 528 6550

You will receive an official ITTI receipt when your payment has been received. This receipt is essential for lodging your Student Visa - keep it in a safe place.
